Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Willing to handle all company correspondence & maintenance of correspondence files
- Be responsible for billing and maintenance of accounting records of the company
- Willing to visit various Government/Regulatory authorities as required by the company
- Cashiering, banking and updating of system
- Handling day to day payment tasks and monitoring company payables
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Requirement:
- Age between 25 – 38 years
- Full qualification of AAT or CMA, CA part qualification
- Should have minimum 2 years experience
- Previous experience in auto-mobile industry and experience in stock maintaining would be an added advantage
- Having knowledge about accounting packages (quick book will be a definite advantage)
- Be proficient in Ms word, Ms Excel, and email communications
- Good Communications Skills: attention to details and ability to work in multi – disciplinary team setting
- Working days 5 & ½ days per week (Saturday half day)
