AFTER SALES EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess three-wheeler issues and determine warranty eligibility.
  • Communicate with customers about warranty policies and repair costs.
  • Coordinate warranty claims and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electric three-wheelers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and feedback.
  • Monitor dealer workshop compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and warranty teams for issue resolution.
  • Prepare reports on after-sales activities and customer feedback.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of electric passenger and carrier three-wheelers and their technical systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Experience in after-sales or technical support (automotive/electric vehicle industry preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
