Invoicing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate accurate invoices based on client contracts, purchase orders, or delivery schedules
- Track and manage outstanding invoices, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue payments
- Handle client inquiries regarding invoices and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain organized records of all invoicing documents for auditing and reference purposes
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, Tele Communication, Credit) to ensure invoicing accuracy
- Review and verify client billing information, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an invoicing or accounts receivable role (2–3 years)
- Strong understanding of billing systems and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar software
