As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of all our subsidiary companies.
GROUP FINANCE MANAGER
- Fully qualified in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, or ACCA.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and reporting, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- In-depth knowledge of SLFRS and taxation regulations.
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel for financial modeling.
- Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate audits, and support strategic decision-making.
ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER
- Partly or fully qualified in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, or ACCA.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Solid knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures.
- Strong command of financial reporting standards and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP platforms.
GROUP ACCOUNTANT
- Partly or fully qualified in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, or ACCA.
- At least 10 years of accounting experience, with strong exposure to consolidation of group financial statements.
- Deep understanding of multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, and financial controls.
- Expertise in preparing management accounts, P&L, and cash flow statements across multiple subsidiaries.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with hands-on experience in ERP systems.
Salary:
- Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
