OPPORTUNITIES

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify the customer needs & give innovative development solution meets the customer expectation
• Ensure the bulk feasibility & cost effectiveness of development output
• Should maintain expected quality standards & minimum labour turnover/ employee absenteeism rates/ buyer & local compliance

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry/ Textile Engineering or a related field
• Should be a strong team player
• Experience in Industrial Washing & Dyeing
• Chemicals & Lean Manufacturing practices will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
