Contractors & Transporters established in the year 1982 and have gained experienced in construction field more four decades, respective of the nature and magnitude in Sri Lanka to the satisfaction of the Clients from local government and private sector. We have CIDA Grade CI for Highways Construction C2 for Bridges, Buildings and Irrigation Construction.
Quantity Surveyor
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 05 years’ of experience in JICA/ADB/World Bank funded road construction projects.
- B.Sc. / HND/ NDT or Equivalent qualification.
- Project cost monitoring and budget controlling.
- Experience in road construction sites.
Capabilities
- Preparation of Interim Payments and Statement at Completion.
- Preparation of EOT and Cost Claims.
- Programming, Monitoring of Project Progress and Cost Controlling.
- Familiarity with Contract Documents (FIDIC, JICA, CIDA Conditions of Contract).
Candidates from Anuradhapura are preferred.
Salary Allocation up to Rs. 100,000.00 as per qualification, experience and working capacity.
