Management Accountant

Job Profile:
- Oversee and manage daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Integrate new financial technologies and updates into existing financial processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement and optimize financial software and tools.
- Ensure data integrity and security in all financial transactions and reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting, ideally within the hospitality industry or a related sector.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CIMA or CMA certification preferred.
- Proven experience in integrating and utilizing modern financial technologies such as ERP systems, financial planning software, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
