THE JOB

  • To drive the strategy of the allocated team/s in Corporate Banking to achieve the Balance Sheet & P&L targets.
  • To develop business plan for the identified potential clients in the allocated portfolio capturing all existing and potential solutions and business channels of the Bank to maximize the “share of wallet” of the client with acceptable “risk-return” criteria.
  • Take responsibility for implementing strategies to grow Fee (Trade and Cash), Fx, CASA based NII across Trade Finance and Cash Management solutions.
  • Engage with the respective RMs to increase Trade Finance Transactions and to drive Business and increase the usage of Working Capital Solutions to grow revenue.
  • Drive Neos-Corp and H2H penetration with high concentration on transactional clients.
  • Be the eyes and ears of the market developments to be the first mover in securing deals across Trade Finance & Cash Management.
  • Promote Cash collections backed by payments to boost CASA.

THE PERSON

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Banking or Finance or equivalent professional qualification such as CIMA / ACCA / IBSL.
  • Possess 7 years’ of banking experience in a similar role, Exposure to and understanding of Trade Finance & Cash Management is essential.
  • Possess an intermediate level understanding of Trade Finance’ involvement with Correspondent Banking, Cash Management and Online Banking solutions.
  • Possess effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Possess excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
