JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for new talent with appropriate qualifications and experience to join our team in Maldives and work as a QA/QC Engineer in compliance with professional standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring construction quality meets project standards and specifications.
- Preparing and managing all QA/QC documentation (inspections, tests, NCRs, etc.)
- Conducting regular site inspections, audits, and quality checks.
- Reviewing materials and workmanship for compliance with drawings and specs.
- Develop and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and method statements.
- Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams on quality matters.
- Monitoring, reporting, and following up on quality performance and improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or relevant field with other professional qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles.
- Experience in high-end luxury hotel decoration projects would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of international quality standards and finishing specifications.
- Strong logical and analytical skills with the ability to predict risks and negotiation skills.
- Meeting and managing deadlines and timelines applicable to the team and the overall project.
