Trainee/ Intern - Engineering
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Engineering Interns specializing in Mechatronics and NDT to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience with real-world engineering problems, modern tools, and industrial processes under the mentorship of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, analysis, and improvement of mechanical systems and production lines.
- Support engineering projects related to process automation, equipment upgrades, and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
- Help with the assembly, installation, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems in the factory setting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, maintenance, and production.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering, or following a HND/NDT in a related field.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and engineering principles.
- Basic knowledge of mechatronic systems, sensors, actuators, and PLCs.
- Hands-on experience with workshop tools or machinery is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical reasoning.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and a collaborative mindset.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
