SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST

As we continue to grow and expand our presence across the country, including new locations in collaboration with MediHelp Hospitals, we are excited to invite passionate individuals to join our dynamic team.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Physiotherapists for our growing branch network.
The ideal candidate will:
- Independently manage a mini satellite branch, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with minimal supervision.
- Provide expert physiotherapy treatments, assessing and treating patients effectively to ensure optimal recovery.
- Be a fearless communicator, explaining treatments clearly to clients and addressing their concerns with confidence and empathy.
- Build strong rapport with customers, creating trust and long-term relationships that enhance client retention.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued, comfortable, and supported throughout their treatment journey.
- Handle administrative tasks, including patient records, appointment scheduling, and reporting.
- Promote branch growth, driving client referrals, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to business expansion.
- Coordinate with management, providing updates on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- SLMC Registration
- Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a physiotherapist, with the ability to work independently.
- Outstanding communication and PR skills, with a natural ability to engage with customers and explain treatments clearly.
- Strong leadership qualities, capable of managing a branch efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English & Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email management, and report creation.
