Odoo ERP Functional Integrator and system admin

What You'll Do
Lead the implementation and customization of Odoo ERP across departments. This hybrid role combines technical support, automation, and cross-platform integration.
KEY Responsibilities
- Lead Odoo ERP customizations and module setups to meet business needs, including developing and maintaining workflows and automations with Python.
- Troubleshoot issues, assist users, and ensure smooth ERP operations while coordinating integrations with external platforms (VOIP, Shopify, 8x8, Google, etc.).
- Implement efficiency improvements using Odoo best practices, and create/manage SOPs, technical guides, and system change logs.
- Train staff on Odoo modules and processes across departments.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP customization, integration, and technical module development, along with proficiency in Python.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and Google Sheets, and a solid understanding of business operations and process mapping.
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration, with the ability to work across time zones and thrive in a fast-paced, self-driven environment.
