The company was formed in 1998 with the primary purpose of becoming the country’s leading Out-of-Home Media specialist. Today we are the number one outdoor advertising company ventured in to offering our clients a plethora of advertising platforms such as Gantries, Bus Shelters, Hoardings, Street Name Boards, Billboards and LED Gantries.
An exciting role has arisen for a dynamic; result oriented, highly motivated and committed team player with positive attitude to join our Outdoor Team.
EXECUTIVE - PAYMENT PROCESSING
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare POs, follow up with finance, and ensure timely payments to suppliers and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records, compile payment files, and submit regular payment status reports.
- Prepare BOQs, pricing, and cost estimates for steel fabrication and installation projects.
- Analyze costs and variations, review the budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams and resolve discrepancies with vendors and subcontractors.
Qualification, Experience & Abilities:
- NVQ Level 4 in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Construction, steel fabrication, or aluminum installation sectors.
- Payment processing and financial documentation.
- Preparing BOQs, POs, pricing, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and relevant financial or project management software.
NOTE: ABILITY TO WORK LATE IN THE EVENINGS & BEING FLEXIBLE FOR WORK IS A KEY REQUIREMENT FOR THE POSITION.
