CONVEYANCER (UK LAW FIRM)

Tellida (Pvt) Ltd is an ISO 27001 certified Business Process Management (BPM) service provider based in Colombo, Sri Lanka and we currently provide Finance and Accounting, Legal Process Outsourcing, Remote IT support and Contact Centre Services to our Clients in the UK, Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.

Be a part of the Legal Process Outsourcing Team and gain valuable experience and global exposure as a Conveyancer for UK’s leading legal firm.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field is required/ Attorney's in Law
  • 2 + years experience of UK Conveyancing and legal document preparation
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with clients based in the UK via phone calls
  • Strong knowledge of law and legal consulting with the ability to handle legal issues
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Applicants must demonstrate proven experience in managing and responding to enquiries efficiently, preparing comprehensive title reports, and performing final reviews to ensure accuracy and strict compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

This is strictly a work from office job. The selected candidate will be required to work from office all 5 days under the UK Calendar | UK Business hours (April to October - 11:00 AM - 20:00 PM / October to March - 12:00 PM - 21:00 PM)
