The Job:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager – Industrial Engineering to lead our IE function and drive process excellence across our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Industrial Engineering team to enhance productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and optimize production workflows, layouts, and line balancing.
- Establish and monitor performance standards, production KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and other departments to ensure alignment of IE practices with business goals.
- Drive capacity planning and method improvement to support delivery timelines.
- Provide training and development for IE staff to build technical capability and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Industrial/Production Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years’ IE experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role in apparel.
- Strong in lean manufacturing, work study, and process optimization.
- Skilled in data analysis and IE software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
