MAINTENANCE INCHARGE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, scheduling, and overseeing the work of general maintenance performing preventive and corrective maintenance of all building and operational equipment of the company.
  • Responsible for maintaining a machine inventory of the entire company.
  • Responsible for conducting daily status checking of all machines and equipment of the branches. Train the branch operations staff to do the self check on the equipment.
  • Responsible for scheduling and visiting branches on a regular basis. Identify maintenance requirements accordingly and align the department on budgets from the reporting manager. Direct the maintenance team accordingly.
  • Responsible for preparing budgets of the department and maintenance activities to be conducted. Take necessary approvals from the reporting manager.
  • Responsible for procuring material and equipment of the department as well as material required for maintenance activities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • NDT or any similar qualification in Engineering (Civil or Electrical)
  • Having a qualification in business management is beneficial.
  • A minimum of 7 years of overall experience in maintenance management. 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English, Sinhala and/or Tamil languages).
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Proficient time management skills.
  • Tech Savviness.
  • Being able to multitask efficiently.
  • Excellent project management skills.

BODY SHOP INCHARGE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for achieving the set periodical targets of the body shop.
  • Responsible for coordinating with the marketing department for running marketing campaigns on the services provided by the body shop.
  • Responsible for generating leads into sales. Direct the team to provide excellent customer service and ensure they do their role.
  • Responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with customers, vendors, and insurance agents.
