Telesales Executive - Work from home opportunity
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
- Assisting in achieving the set monthly targets of sales executives.
- Solicits new prospects through cold calling on existing clients.
- Identify client needs and tailor sales pitches to meet those needs effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the field in telesales or customer service.
- Experience in building materials will be an added advantage.
Competencies and Skills Required:
- Communication in Tamil will be preferred.
- Possess good inter-personal skills to interact with all levels internally or externally in a professional and responsive manner.
