Requirements:

3 years as a General Manager worked at international chain 5* hotels
Solid business acumen and the ability to interpret and market data and create executable plans to manage cost and profitability.
Demonstrate the analytical ability to grasp financial data and its impact to the hotel.
Experience and ability to develop, translate and implement strategic plans, think long-term and “big picture,” and integrate complexities in problem solving and decision making.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong Leadership ability: motivate, promote/embrace change, lead others to success.
Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to address the critical few priorities while not losing perspective on the secondary and lower-level issues.
