Open Positions:

1. Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage compliance policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in internal and external compliance audits, providing expertise on compliance and safety matters.
  • Collaborate with audit teams to ensure all compliance and safety aspects are thoroughly examined.
  • Ensure all company operations meet or exceed health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans to address audit findings.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update compliance programs accordingly.
  • Investigate and report any compliance violations or discrepancies.
  • Provide compliance training to employees.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to compliance efforts.
  • Collaborate with the safety committee to address safety concerns.
  • Implementation of Group CSR activities.
  • Community engagement.

Requirements:

  • Master in Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Degree/Diploma in occupational health and safety.
  • Thorough knowledge in Local Labor Law & ILO standards.
  • Knowledge in ISO standards.

2. Assistant - Employee Relations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Good understanding in Labor law, Employee regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Diploma in Counseling Psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Employee relations.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

3. Payroll Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing accurately and timely.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (EPF, ETF, taxes, etc.).
  • Manage payroll-related documentation and reporting.
  • Address employee queries on payroll and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in HR, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

4. Training and Development Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs and design training programs.
  • Plan, organize, and deliver in-house and external training sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Support talent development initiatives across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

5. HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Coordinate HR documentation, employee records, and compliance.
  • Support HR initiatives, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
  • Assist in HR projects and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
