Executive – Contract Manufacturing (Dankotuwa)
Being the Executive - Production, you will directly report to the Manager - Contract Manufacturing and the primary responsibility will be;
- Responsible for efficient management of the Contract Manufacturing Production plant.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the plant with cost effective manner which conform to deliver right quality in right time.
- Plays a role in terms of facilitating forming strategies for production facility.
- Responsible for initiating cost-effective measures to improve productivity.
- Ensure the product quality is achieved to satisfy the customer.
- Maintain product quality conform to standards, Manufactured products on time.
- Engages and motivates work force and staff through the CM party’s management.
- Establish, Monitor and Drive KPI’s at 3P sites.
- Overview of Engineering aspects and Engineering governance with the 3P plant teams & monthly engineering item reconciliation.
Who We Want
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. / 1 to 3 Years Leading manufacturing plant experience.
- Degree in B Sc. (Science/ Physical) Degree with Chemistry/ BSc Engineering- (Mechanical/ Chemical) equivalent professional qualification.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong abilities to function well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
