Supervisor - Loyalty Operations
What you need to do
- Drive and monitor Nexus member registrations to meet acquisition targets through in-store initiatives and targeted campaigns.
- Lead and execute strategic loyalty initiatives such as FOC drives, incentive programs, and awareness campaigns to boost membership engagement.
- Ensure the accurate, timely, and complete processing of member data and profile updates.
- Strengthen and optimize back-end processes to uphold data integrity and prevent fraud.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of program processes and benefits.
- Monitor compliance with all retail outlets, including support during new store openings.
- Coordinate the dispatch of member communications, including SMS campaigns, ensuring timely and error-free execution.
- Support member churn reduction and reactivation efforts and lead the operational execution of the E-Voucher program.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters related to loyalty initiatives.
- Handle customer inquiries related to PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act), including data access, amendments, and deletion requests.
- Ensure all customer concerns are properly recorded and managed in line with data protection and regulatory standards.
- Respond promptly to queries regarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
What we are looking for
- A Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a customer-oriented role or working with data management systems is an added advantage.
- A Distinction in Mathematics and English at GCE Ordinary Level is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy and diligence in task execution.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized with the ability to drive tasks across multiple stores and internal teams.
