RESPONSIBILITIES:

HOTEL MANAGER

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team by overseeing staff supervision, recruitment, and training.
  • Streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency to provide top-notch service.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and quality control.
  • Promote the property by networking with travel agents, attending industry fairs, and creating captivating marketing materials like brochures and event promotions.
  • Drive sales growth and consistently meet monthly performance targets.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing with a keen eye for detail to ensure seamless operations.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives by leading the charge to transform the property into a more eco-friendly and sustainable destination.

FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE/RECEPTIONIST

  • Create memorable first impressions by greeting guests, assisting with check-ins, and providing seamless guest registration.
  • Manage reservations and sales through online booking engines and collaborate with clients, travel agents, and partners to secure bookings.
  • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies, creating content for platforms like blogs, forums, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook to boost our online presence.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in written & spoken English.
  • Experience in the hotel industry.
  • Energetic, social, with excellent PR skills.
  • Flexible with work hours.
  • Social media & online marketing skills (preferred).
  • High integrity and ethics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or multimedia skills (preferred).
  • Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
