Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Timely delivery of prepared food to patients/visitors/other sections in the hospital who has requested meals
- To make sure to collect cutlery, crockery & glass wear once meals are consumed
- To maintain an account of all the cutlery /crockery/glass wear on a daily basis
- To assist arranging/serving meals for all the functions in the hospital
- Any other duties and responsibilities assign by the management time to time
Qualifications
- Have Completed a hotel management course from recognized institute
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Age below 35 years
- Residing in close proximity to Colombo

- ආහාරය භාවිතා කිරීමෙන් පසු කටලන, කුඩු සහ කුඩු භාණ්ඩ එකතු කිරීම
- දිනපතා කටලන/කුඩු/කුඩු භාණ්ඩ සම්බන්ධ ගිණුම පවත්වා ගැනීම
- සියලුම කටයුතු සඳහා ආහාරය සැකසීම සහ සේවය කිරීම
- කාලය අනුව කළ යුතු වෙනත් කාර්යයන්
අවශ්‍යතා සහ ප්‍රමාණය:
- සම්මත ආයතනයකින් හෝටල් කළමනාකරණ පාඨමාලාව සම්පූර්ණ කර තිබිය යුතුය
- කෑම හෝ ආහාර සේවා පරිසරයක පූර්ව අත්දැකීම් තිබිය යුතුය
- අවම අධීක්ෂණයක් යටතේ පීඩනයට යටවී වැඩ කිරීමට හැකියාව
- වයස අවුරුදු 35 කට අඩු
- කොළඹට ආසන්නව පදිංචි වීම
අදාළ අපේක්ෂකයාට අත්දැකීම් සහ සුදුසුකම් මත කාර්මික ප්‍රමිතීන්ට අනුකූලව ගෙවීම් සිදු කෙරේ.
