JUNIOR KINDERGARTEN TEACHER - FEMALE
(CHILDREN’S VILLAGE – MONARAGALA)
- Candidates for this position should have a Diploma in early childhood education or Diploma in Child Psychology, creative teaching and artistic abilities, strong communication skills in Sinhala/English languages, and a knowledge of child safeguarding.
Duties
- Teaching children at the kindergarten level, planning, evaluating, and assigning lessons, listening to oral presentations, and maintaining classroom discipline.
- Using games, music, artwork, films, books, computers, and other tools to teach basic skills and teach letter recognition, phonics, numbers, create lesson plans, and awareness of nature and science.
