TECHNICAL OFFICER - LAND DEVELOPMENT
- NVQ Level 5 Qualification
- Minimum 03 years experience in Road Development is highly considered
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and extended hours if required
- Willingness to work at any site location and should have a valid driving license
- Male candidate below 35 years
ASSISTANT QS - LAND DEVELOPMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying/ HND/NCT QS from any recognized university or institute
- Minimum Three (03) years experience in road and building construction projects
- Sound knowledge in Purchasing materials, quotations evaluation & preparation of final bills
- BOQ preparation & sub-contractor evaluation
- Ability to attend site visits
- Should have valid driving license
- Male Candidate below 35 years
