We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of our group. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, hospitality industry experience, and the ability to provide insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Resident Manager
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance etc.
- Act as the primary point of contact, resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure maintain Spice Trail standards, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality throughout the property.
- Monitor budgets, occupancy rates, and guest satisfaction metrics to drive performance.
- Liaise with senior management to implement strategic goals and policies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach.
- Fully/Part qualification in diploma or degree of hospitality management.
- Must reside on-site as part of the role.
- Familiarity with hospitality software systems (PMS, POS, etc.)
- Attention to detail is a must.
- A male below 40 years.
