FINANCE EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities
- Handling accounts and administrative functions related to day to day operations.
- Responsible for day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.
- Entering data into the accounting system.
- Prepare bank reconciliation, petty cash and import costings for actuals and estimate based.
- Ensure financial data is timely, accurate and complete.
- Liaise with related departments to coordinate on accounting related matters.
- Assist in monthly account closing, filing documents and financial reporting activities.
- Any other related work assigned by the company.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- AAT Final or Part qualification in a professional accounting body.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience including an Audit Firm.
- Age below 30 years.
- Excellent Computer literacy and ability to work with Microsoft office software package and QuickBooks Accounting Package.
- Should have good working knowledge in English.
- Ability to work under pressure, Multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Candidates living in close proximity to Kandana will be given preference.
