Junior Project Analysis
Head Office (Nawala)
Berendina is a group of companies consisting of Berendina Micro Investments Company Limited (BMIC) the first licensed microfinance company (LMFC) regulated by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, under the Microfinance Act No 06 of 2016 and Berendina Development Services (Gte) Limited (BDS) a leading development organization committed towards alleviating poverty among vulnerable and marginalized communities of rural and plantation areas in Sri Lanka. Berendina group operates in 13 districts through a network of 38 branch offices.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Address, prioritize, and follow up on reported issues, doubts, and suggestions with relevant stakeholders until resolved, escalating unresolved matters promptly.
- Develop and execute comprehensive UAT scenarios to achieve accurate and error-free outcomes.
- Deliver timely and precise responses to tasks assigned by the Project Analyst (ERP).
- Support the creation of clear and accurate process documentation, reports, and formats through effective requirement gathering, analysis, and gap identification.
- Ensure the accurate preparation and timely submission of telco bills with required approvals to the finance department for payment processing.
Qualifications & Experience
- Part qualification in AAT/ CA/ CIMA/ ACCA
- Diploma/ Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Management / Software Management
- Diploma/Certificate in software analysis
- Experience of 1+ years at a recognized financial institute
- Experience of working with Financial ERP Systems
- Excellent communication skills and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good Data and Information Presentation Skills
- Excellent Team Management skills
