General Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- 2-3 years’ experience in management or healthcare
- Proficient in English and Dhivehi
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Decisiveness and Attention to details
- Strong people management and development skills
Job Specification
- Strong background in handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails
- Assist the department in project management, cost optimization and implementing business expansion plans
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Create reports and finding innovative ways to improve services for patients
- Analyze data and make recommendations to senior management regarding changes to improve efficiency or reduce cost
- Manage projects that require complex planning and integration of multiple tasks and details
- Create organizational structures and procedures to support new business initiatives or company growth
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new products or services
