We are in search of an enthusiastic and committed individual, who has the passion for hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that we provide great food services to our travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To be able to perform duty under pressure and busy operations.
  • Passionate about performing assigned tasks to meet the department and travelers’ expectations.
  • Good knowledge and culinary skills in cold and hot sections.
  • Adhering to recipe instructions and following the directions of supervisors.
  • Assist with the preparation and display of high-quality food as established by the Executive Chef & Sous Chef.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly learn and follow instructions.
  • HACCP standards of personal and kitchen hygiene.
  • Report any hazards or defects equipment in the kitchen to the senior chef.
  • Receiving deliveries, verifying quality, and managing stock levels.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-year experience in the same role
  • Basic knowledge in HACCP
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written, fluent English preferred)
  • Effective time management, planning, and organizing skills
  • Experience with basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and food preparation.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethics, and ability to work under pressure
  • A willingness to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff.
  • Meticulousness and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
