We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you are a confident communicator with a passion for relationship-building and a talent for closing deals, this is your opportunity to elevate your sales career with a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Prepare and present sales reports

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil speaking will be added advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual
  • Good negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Familiarity with the local market and ability to travel for client visits
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
  • Valid riding license (mandatory, as company bike is provided)
  • GCE O/L or A/L qualification; any sales or marketing certification will be an added advantage

This is a full-time position with a 6-month probation period, offering a competitive salary, sales commission, a company-maintained motorbike, fuel allowance, and full coverage of all sales-related expenses.
