IMMEDIATE VACANCIES – FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Ltd (CDEM) is a specialty center in Sri Lanka that delivers comprehensive care for Diabetes, Endocrinology, Cardiac Disease, Metabolic Disease and Renal Diseases under one roof. Job Role
- Receive, verify, and enter supplier/vendor invoices.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Ensure proper approvals are obtained before processing payments.
- Prepare and schedule monthly vendor and supplier payments.
- Ensure all payments are made accurately and on time.
- Handle payment reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all invoices and payments.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in preparing monthly accounts payable reports.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and update the finance team on payment status.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding invoice and payment queries.
- Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve payment-related issues promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing and invoice systems.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
- Good command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Males, below 45 years of age & residing in close proximity to the Colombo area will be preferred.
