ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER - FOOD INDUSTRY

NEOCHEM GROUP, A LEADING PROVIDER OF INGREDIENT SOLUTIONS TO SRI LANKA'S FOOD MANUFACTURING SECTOR, IS LOOKING FOR A DYNAMIC AND RESULTS-DRIVEN ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER TO JOIN OUR EXPANDING FOOD DIVISION.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts in the food manufacturing industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored technical solutions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A degree or diploma in Food Science, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the food ingredients or B2B sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive attitude with strong business acumen.
- Familiarity with food manufacturing trends and applications.
