ASSISTANT MANAGER – HR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • HR Policy Implementation:
    • Ensure the implementation and compliance of HR policies and procedures within the organization.
  • Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Oversee and participate in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in implementing performance management systems, including setting performance goals, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify employee training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance skills and career development.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze HR metrics such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and performance levels.
  • HR Information Systems (HRIS):
    • Manage and update HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention:
    • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and reduce turnover and conduct exit interviews to understand the reasons for employee departure.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources with professional qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Proven 5 years’ experience in similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
