FIELD SALES OFFICER - ANIMAL NUTRITION (CENTRAL & NORTH CENTRAL PROVINCES)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote and establish our range of animal nutrition products in the Central and North Central Provinces.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, veterinary professionals, distributors, and agri-businesses.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and farmer education programs.
- Identify market opportunities, gather field intelligence, and report on market trends.
- Represent Neochem Group at agricultural exhibitions, farmer meetings, and training sessions.
PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- Diploma / HND / Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or Livestock Production.
- Previous experience in animal feed, veterinary pharmaceuticals, or agri-sales will be an advantage, but freshers with passion for the livestock sector are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and public relations skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned areas.
- Fluency in Sinhala and working knowledge of English (oral & written).
- Valid motorcycle riding license is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Central or North Central Provinces.
- Male candidates are preferred due to field demands.
