We are looking for an Inbound/Outbound Call Center Agent. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling both incoming and outgoing calls. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also make outbound calls for follow-ups, sales, surveys, or appointment scheduling. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude are essential to succeed in this role. This position requires multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
