What you do
- Responsible for all agency appointments - completing with regulatory and company guidelines provided.
- Obtain clearance from other insurance companies if the new agency has declared any previous experience in the insurance industry.
- Process OIC/BM/RM/ZM's monthly travel expense, claims and Duty Travelling.
- Initiate branch creation requests in systems as per the approved demarcation, with necessary approvals.
- Prepare list of agents who are entitled to receive staff IDs and ensure IDs are distributed.
What you bring
- A Diploma in Business Management or relevant field.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience (without any experience also can be applied as a Trainee).
- Excellent in MS Excel and having analytical skills.
- Sound spoken and written communication skills in Sinhala and English. Tamil proficiency would be an added advantage.
- Good team player and ability to meet tight deadlines.
