We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fabric Technologist to join our Intimate Cluster team. This role is ideal for a technically sound professional with a strong background in fabric development and innovation, particularly in intimate apparel.

Lead fabric development for intimate wear, ensuring quality, performance, and comfort standards.
Collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams to select suitable fabrics aligned with product and customer requirements.
Work closely with mills and suppliers to develop and source new, innovative fabrications.
Conduct fabric testing and manage approvals to ensure compliance with buyer and regulatory standards.
Troubleshoot fabric-related issues during bulk production and propose timely solutions.
Stay updated on market trends, sustainability standards, and technological advancements in fabric innovation.

Degree/Diploma in Textile Technology or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in fabric technology, with exposure to intimate apparel preferred.
Strong knowledge of fabric performance, testing standards, and finishing techniques.
Hands-on experience working with suppliers, mills, and international buyers.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
