ASSISTANT MANAGER-HR (MALABE)
FOR OUR CLIENT!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise all work related to non-academic recruitment & selection, ensuring timely and effective execution
- Manage the staff onboarding process to facilitate a smooth and efficient integration into the organization
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on various HR related matters, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to address employee concerns, recruitment needs, and compliance issues
- Initiate and execute HR projects to support organizational goals
- Supervise activities related to the administration of staff medical insurance schemes
- Ensure the timely submission of HR reports and perform other HR Operations-related tasks as assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized University/ Institution
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience in handling similar functions, including at least 2 years of managerial experience
- Thorough knowledge of the labour laws of Sri Lanka
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
