Job Overview:

Position will play a pivotal role in driving a culture of continuous learning, employee growth, and organizational excellence at Vallibel Finance PLC. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating learning strategies and programs that align with the company’s business goals and talent development needs. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives that empower employees at all levels, support leadership development, and enhance overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive learning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead training needs analysis and deliver impactful training programs across all levels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of learning and career growth.
  • Drive leadership development, employee engagement & succession planning efforts.
  • Design and execute talent development programs that align with the company’s business objectives.

Candidate Profile:

  • A degree in HRM / Business Management or a related field (professional qualifications in HRD or L&D would be an added advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in L&D, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning platforms.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
