A well-established Interior Designing & Wooden Furniture Manufacturing company is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our growing team for the following positions.
Trainee-Quantity Surveyor
- Fresh graduates or final year students in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge in measurements and estimation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 01-02 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the wooden furniture manufacturing industry and Interior Work is a must.
- Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software for cost estimation and project management.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in cost estimation and budgeting.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to effectively liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate within a team environment.
Interior Designer Cum Draughtsman
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer Cum Draughtsman, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce precise and accurate drawings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
