BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Getaway.lk is a bold new travel-tech startup reimagining how Sri Lankans book their holidays—offering special resident rates, seamless bookings, and exclusive local deals. We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead sales, marketing, and partnerships as we prepare to launch.
What You’ll Do
- Build partnerships with hotels, tour operators & travel brands
- Lead marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
- Secure exclusive resident offers
- Drive platform growth and strategy
- Collaborate with creatives, developers & agencies
You Should Have
- 3+ years in BD, sales, or marketing (Travel/Hotels/E-Com preferred)
- Strong negotiation & networking skills
- Digital marketing know-how (social, ads, CRM)
- Proactive mindset & passion for local travel
- Excellent English & Sinhala (Tamil a plus)
