We are an established Destination Management Company registered at Tourist Board providing innovative travel solutions to its high end clients. Our Transport section is a fast growing segment of the company which is popular among the Industry. The following exciting opportunity exist in our transport section.
Executives – Transport (Male)
Key Responsibilities
- Effective utilization of company own and hired vehicles with cost effective manner.
- Planning and arranging driver fleet.
- Coordinate and supervision of transport arrangements.
- Manage and maintain fuel consumption of fleet vehicles.
- Maintain a good coordination with third-party vehicle suppliers.
- Assure high level of compliance is maintained in related to logistic functions.
- Overall responsible for timely service.
- Overall responsible for the condition of the fleet.
Key Requirements
- Possess Diploma in logistic management from a recognized Institute will be an added advantage.
- Experience in similar capacity will be a definite advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Possess effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Be computer literate.
- A willingness to work for extended hours when required.
- Capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
