INTERN – CLIENT EXPERIENCE

St. Anthony’s Ventures (Pvt) Ltd is a leading Sri Lankan conglomerate with a legacy of over 60 years, operating across diverse sectors including building materials, real estate, hospitality, agriculture, and IT. We are looking for a Client Experience Intern to help shape a brand-new business function, while building long-term client relationships and driving innovation across our group.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain meaningful client relationships across multiple industries
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic initiatives
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system
  • Support client-facing administrative and project-related tasks
  • Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

You Should Have:

  • Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written); Sinhala and/or Tamil are added advantages
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Hands-on skills in Canva and Adobe Photoshop
  • A positive, proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
