Join a Leading Beverage Manufacturing Company
We are a progressive company engaged in the manufacturing and successfully marketing of carbonated soft drinks (CSD), bottled water, and PET bottle preform and blow molding operations. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking to strengthen our team at our factory located in Giriulla by recruiting for the following key positions:
1. Production Executive
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in beverage or food manufacturing.
- A degree/Diploma in Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitoring quality control processes and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Coordinating with maintenance and quality assurance teams.
- Ensuring adherence to production plans and minimizing downtime.
- Maintaining production records and reporting deviations or inefficiencies.
2. Stores Executive
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in stores or warehouse operations.
- G.C.E. A/L with 3 passes.
- Professional qualifications in logistics or inventory management will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing stock management and inventory control.
- Managing inward/outward goods and store documentation.
- Ensuring timely ordering and maintaining stock accuracy.
- Coordinating with production and procurement teams.
3. Accounts Executive
Requirements:
- Completion of at least two stages in CA Sri Lanka / CIMA or ACCA.
- A degree in Accountancy or Commerce will be advantageous.
- Computer Literacy and familiarity with accounting packages.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily financial transactions and data entry.
- Preparing reports, reconciliations, and supporting audits.
- Handling payables/receivables and maintaining financial records.
General Advantage:
