Assistant Manager - Finance

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure monthly financials of the company and group are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Ensure quarterly financials are prepared as per CSE requirements and submitted on time.
  • Ensure that monthly balance sheet reconciliations are diligently completed, and all balances are thoroughly verified.
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors.
  • Preparation and finalization of group annual report.

Person Specifications

  • Full or past finalists in ICASL / ACCA / CIMA.
  • Experience of 3-5 years in a similar role and 2 or more years of experience in preparing company accounts.
  • Knowledge of CSE listing rules.
  • Knowledge and experience in advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Sound communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical knowledge of accounting standards. Ability to work independently.
