Assistant Management Accountant
(Factory - Kahathuduwa)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field
- Professional qualification (CIMA or ACA preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management accounting and financial analysis
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage costings and pricing models
- Prepare monthly Gross Profit (GP) statements
- Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets
- Analyze production costs, overheads, and operational expenditures
- Conduct variance analysis and provide clear explanations for discrepancies
- Identify and recommend cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements
- Deliver financial insights to support strategic business decisions
- Propose enhancements to financial systems and reporting processes
