MERCHANDISER - MODERN TRADE
Are you passionate about merchandising and brand visibility? Kiddies & Toys International (Pvt) Ltd, the exclusive distributor of globally renowned baby and kids' brands, is looking for a dynamic Merchandiser – Modern Trade to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure proper product display, shelf space optimization, and stock availability in modern trade outlets.
- Implement promotional activities and monitor competitor activity to enhance brand presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners.
- Track sales performance and provide insights to maximize sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute merchandising strategies effectively.
Key Requirements
- 1 year experience in merchandising within the modern trade sector, preferably in FMCG or baby care products.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising and retail dynamics.
- Ability to travel and work independently to manage multiple retail outlets.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for brand growth.
