Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Crown and Champa Resorts is excited to offer an opportunity for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager. Key responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient daily operations, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness across the resort. Task and responsibilities

  • Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food and Beverage Department to meet the daily service needs of the operation
  • Develop, implement and monitor schedules for the operation of all sub-departments to achieve the budgeted objectives
  • Participate with the Food & Beverage Outlet Managers in the creation of attractive collateral materials to promote and merchandise all Food & Beverage outlets to attract a predetermined guest market
  • Implement effective control of all costs and expenses including food, beverage, labor, supplies, equipment, etc., among all sub-departments. Insure proper use, maintenance, repair and storage of Food & Beverage facilities, supplies and equipment.
  • Regularly review and evaluate the degree of customer acceptance of the individual outlets and banquet service, to recommend new operating and marketing policies.
  • Continuously evaluate the performance and encourage improvement of the personnel in the Food and Beverage departments. Plan and administer a training and development program to provide well trained employees at all levels.

Qualifications & experience

  • 3+ years of Housekeeping management experience in a full service hotel.
  • International experience.
  • Luxury hotel experience strongly desired
  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
  • Highly motivated with ‘can do’ attitude
