ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES AND TRAINING MANAGER
The Assistant HR & Training Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department and providing support to HR Manager. The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with excellent leadership and organizational skills. They will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, selection, and on boarding processes, managing employee relations, act as a pay master and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws. In addition, the role will involve designing, implementing, and monitoring training and development programs aimed at improving workforce productivity and performance. The Assistant HR & Training Manager will also support strategic planning of staff development initiatives and ensure continuous learning across all departments.
